First off, yes i know that quote came from another great movie with Matthew Broderick but the Millenials probably never saw it, so any Millenial viewers out there won't know I'm lying! Had I started by saying this...

...then the Millenials might have taken notice and googled the movie to see what in the hell I was talking about. Yup, the Millenials are video cray-zay! And part of the reason is that it's harder to pass off a lie someone can see, copy to the clipboard and research on Google.
Millenials seek news that is unpasteurized, unfiltered and real...the reel deal! And the majority of Millenials get their news from Facebook, more than any other source. They turn to TV almost as little as Boomers turn to Facebook! And if you are a boomer parent on Facebook...beware, your kids may be listening to you...finally.
"Millennials (whom we define as between ages 18 to 34 in 2015) are projected to number 75.3 million, surpassing the projected 74.9 million Boomers (ages 51 to 69). The Gen X population (ages 35 to 50 in 2015) is projected to outnumber the Boomers by 2028."
As for the future of luxury home marketing? It seems a safe bet to farm the Gen X and Boomer demographics now but if you are going to be in this business for many more seasons, I would start planting seeds now with the Millenials so you are up and running when they rule the luxury roost. And they're already trickling in.
